MissionROLE
Business Development Manager - Full time on site
We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to lead our growth strategy and help us reach the next level – both in France and internationally. You will join the BD and communication team with direct report to the CEO.

On top of the BD team (2 person) reporting to the CEO, you'll join a dynamic team made up of:
• Scenographers
• Architects
• Art Directors
• 3D Designers
• Web Developers & Interactive Designers
• Project Managers
• Production Managers
PROFILE
You are a sharp, autonomous and highly structured professional, with a solid background in business development within creative or brand-driven environments. You understand the luxury and lifestyle industries inside out, and know how to speak the language of top tier clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading new business development and prospecting efforts across Europe and other key markets
Building a pipeline of qualified prospects, nurturing relationships and converting leads
Managing CRM and timetracking tools to ensure clean reporting and performance tracking
Attending client meetings, events, and industry gatherings with strong representation of the agency
Reporting directly to the partners, contributing to business planning and forecasting

MUST-HAVESMaster's degree (Bac+5) from a top business school
5–7 years experience in business development within a creative/advertising/branding agency
A proven network in the luxury, fashion, beauty or lifestyle sectors
Fluent English mandatory (test included in the process)
Perfect French (native or equivalent level)
A third language (Italian, Arabic, Mandarin, etc.) is a strong plus
Digital native and good experience with CRM tools, Pack Office, time tracking tools
A solid understanding of how to sell creative and strategic services to premium brands
Proven ability to operate autonomously, proactively and with high attention to detail
A valid passport

SKILLSExcellent commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Structured and analytical mindset – able to manage complex sales cycles
Confident presenting to senior marketing stakeholders and C-level profiles
Deep cultural understanding of luxury and lifestyle codes
Comfortable working in a Mac environment with Slack, Office 365, and Monday
At least one confirmed experience on high-end luxury or lifestyle projects
Resilience, ambition and a taste for challenge

OFFERSalary: depending on profile and experience - Base salary plus incentive-based bonuses
Contract: Forfait 39h/week
On site job: Paris 11
Remote work: 2 days/month
