grand centre de séminaires
, reconnu pour la qualité de ses prestations et son exigence opérationnelle, situé à
Bouray-sur-Juine, dans l'Essonne
. Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la conception et la réalisation d'événements professionnels sur mesure, en garantissant un haut niveau de service et de coordination.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un(e)
Event Manager
en CDI.

Missions

Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale, vous êtes
garant(e) du bon déroulement des événements
, dans le respect du cahier des charges client et des standards de qualité du site. Vous intervenez comme référent(e) opérationnel(le) et interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) du client.

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Élaboration des
    fiches de fonction
    (outils de coordination) et de la
    signalétique événementielle
  • Présentation et diffusion des fiches de fonction auprès des équipes internes et partenaires externes
  • Gestion des
    derniers ajustements avec le client ou l'agence
    en amont de la manifestation
  • Mise à jour et suivi des documents opérationnels
  • Contrôle des installations
    avant l'arrivée des participants
  • Accueil et accompagnement du client
    le jour de l'événement
  • Coordination des équipes et des services durant la manifestation (rôle de « chef d'orchestre »)
  • Interlocuteur(trice) client tout au long de l'événement
  • Travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes
    FM, Restauration, Commerciale, Réception et prestataires
  • Mise en place de l'
    enquête de satisfaction
    en accord avec le client
  • Réalisation du
    débrief de fin de manifestation
  • Support à l'équipe commerciale (visites du site, devis, communication réseau)

Profil recherché

  • Première expérience souhaitée dans l'événementiel
  • Sens commercial et forte orientation client
  • Rigueur, organisation et méthodologie
  • Autonomie, réactivité et disponibilité
  • Excellent relationnel et capacité à fédérer
  • Leadership naturel et aisance dans la coordination d'équipes
  • Maitrise de Pack office (PPT) et Canva

Conditions du poste

  • Contrat : CDI
  • Lieu : Bouray-sur-Juine (91)
  • Amplitude horaire : 7h – 19h
    , selon l'activité événementielle du lundi au vendredi
  • Poste nécessitant une grande flexibilité liée aux événements
  • Travail le weekend très ponctuel dans l'année
  • Rémunération selon profil sur 13 mois – RTT – Avantage Repas – CSE – Mutuelle et Prévoyance
