Vos missions :
Business Development / Sales (Entreprises)

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouvelles entreprises clientes.

  • Présenter JobVisionary et accompagner les recruteurs dans l'adoption de la plateforme.

  • Construire, gérer et faire grandir un pipeline commercial solide.

  • Recueillir les retours clients et participer à l'amélioration du produit.

  • Contribuer activement à la stratégie go-to-market.

Growth & Acquisition Candidats

  • Participer à la stratégie d'acquisition des candidats tech.

  • Tester et activer différents canaux : partenariats écoles, réseaux sociaux, communautés, événements, campagnes terrain.

  • Expliquer la valeur de JobVisionary côté candidat (profil vidéo, IA, visibilité).

Profil recherché :
- Expérience en business development, sales ou account management dans la tech ou le SaaS.

  • À l'aise avec la prospection et le contact terrain (entreprises & candidats).

  • Dynamique, autonome et orienté(e) résultats.

  • Bonne communication et capacité à convaincre des interlocuteurs variés.

  • Goût pour l'innovation et le travail dans une startup en croissance rapide.
