About the role

The
Head of Pricing
will shape the company's enterprise‑wide pricing strategy to drive sustainable, profitable growth and differentiated customer value. As a
highly visible
strategic leader,
the role owns the pricing vision, operating model, and governance, partnering with commercial, finance, product, and sales teams to embed data‑driven pricing as a core lever of competitive advantage.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and own
    the end‑to‑end
    pricing strategy
    across all products, channels, and customer segments, aligned to commercial goals.
  • Design and implement the pricing operating model
    , associated parameters and discount strategy.
  • Lead market, competitor, and customer analysis
    to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and optimal positioning.
  • Build and maintain pricing models
    , tools, and reference data to support consistent, scalable pricing decisions.
  • Own price setting and rate changes
    for new and existing products, including list prices, fees, discounts, and promotions.
  • Monitor pricing performance
    (margin, volume, profitability) and run scenario analysis to recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management
    on complex deals, advising on pricing structures and commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing
    on pricing for launches and value propositions.
  • Establish and track
    pricing KPIs
    and scorecards; report insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement of
    pricing processes
    ,
    analytics
    , and systems
  • Scale a growing team
    by setting clear direction, structure, and long‑term capability plans.
  • Build a pricing culture across the organization
    , especially with Pre-Sales, Sales and Key Accounts teams in Regions

About you

  • Significant experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy roles, including leading a pricing function or team.
  • Strong quantitative and
    analytical capability
    , with hands‑on experience in pricing models, elasticity analysis, and scenario modelling.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing
    pricing strategies
    that improved margin and/or growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management and
    influencing skills
    , with the ability to communicate complex pricing decisions to senior and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with data and
    BI tools
    (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)
