Our freelance Leadership Development Facilitators have an important role in supporting DDI's passion with our clients. The primary focus for Leadership Development Facilitators is to facilitate DDI Leadership Development solutions for our clients through virtual or in person delivery, as required. 

Critical to success in this role is facilitating and delivering highly interactive and engaging sessions whilst ensuring a consistent link to the client's strategic and cultural priorities, and equipping learners with the knowledge and tools to undergo true behavioural change.

Responsiveness of our facilitators is key whether it's with DDI or clients. We look for facilitators who are strong at managing relationships and providing high quality work across all client engagements. 

Key Accountabilities  

  • Facilitate leadership, and or selection/ interviewing skills development programs using DDI product materials and learning approach.
  • Facilitate sessions with various audiences, which may include Individual contributors, Front-line leaders, Mid-level leaders, or Senior leaders.
  • Maintain an open stream of communication with the DDI account team before and after delivery.
  • Continuous learning of knowledge and skills, industry specific and relevant business trends.

Requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelors and/or Advanced degree
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 3+ years of experience delivering high-impact training and/or leadership development courses?to the audiences identified above 
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Ability to leverage?facilitation techniques in varied situations
  • Ability to personalize the delivery of content to enhance the participant experience
  • Experience creating a safe learning space and adapting to meet the audience needs
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven track record with classroom and virtual delivery
  • Functional experience as a business?professional/leader/manager
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong internal and external client service orientation
  • High level of business acumen and demonstrated positive disposition
  • Experiences across different cultures and industries
  • Ability to travel within France and possibly across Mainland Europe

Desirable Criteria:

  • Certification in other nationally known leadership and workforce development programs
  • Certification in psychometric tools (DISC, MBTI or others)
