Missions
As customer success manager - Key accounts at Dashdoc, you are the referent to make our strategic customers successful:
You guarantee retention and minimise churn by delivering an excellent and personalised support to the users.
You identify and monitor the KPIs to ensure the clients achieve their goals and get ROI with Dashdoc. You run periodic reviews with the client to animate the relationship and follow action plans
You have a clear view of the complex organisations of our clients, and you create and maintain connections with the right people to detect expansion in your portfolio. You work closely with the sales team to convert it into deals. The sales manager is responsible of negotiation and closing.
You understand the real needs of your clients and influence Dashdoc's roadmap to fulfil them.
