We're seeking a smart, driven and hands-on Full-Cycle Account Executive to accelerate growth in our B2B segment. In this hybrid role, you will take ownership of the entire sales journey, from prospecting and pipeline development to leading discovery conversations and closing new business.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role with strong autonomy, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow during a pivotal and exciting stage of our development.
What you will be doing:
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through to closing and onboarding
- Proactively identify, target and engage potential clients across email, phone, LinkedIn and events, ensuring each interaction reflects our standards
- Shape Wheely's selling strategies around insights drawn from senior-level conversations, including with C-suite executives, ensuring alignment with their strategic vision and expectations of service
- Nurture newly activated accounts until you are assured of their success
- Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using our CRM
- Delivering against revenue targets within a culture that values results, professionalism, and high standards

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven track record in outbound prospective and closing deals
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal - fluent in value-based selling both in French and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you love building, iterating, and owning your work
- Perform well under pressure, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Strong analytical skills to monitor, report on, and measure your pipeline performance and analyse market trends
- Resilient in the face of challenges
