Job Description

ous recherchons un·e Directeur·rice Associé·e pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Paris. Vous serez responsable de piloter et livrer des projets de haute qualité pour nos clients, de la conception à la réalisation. Vous contribuerez également au développement de notre activité en établissant des relations solides avec nos clients et partenaires.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que Directeur·rice Associé·e, vous aurez pour mission de :

  • Définir le périmètre, les objectifs, les critères de succès et les livrables du projet, en collaboration avec le client et les parties prenantes.
  • Mettre en place et maintenir une gouvernance efficace, des processus et des systèmes conformes aux standards qualité, sécurité, santé et environnement.
  • Élaborer et suivre un plan projet détaillé, en contrôlant l'avancement, la performance et les risques.
  • Gérer le budget et les ressources, en veillant à la facturation et au reporting précis et ponctuel.
  • Assurer la communication et la coordination avec l'équipe projet, le client et les consultants tout au long du cycle de vie.
  • Préparer et présenter des rapports réguliers, mettant en avant les réussites, les points d'attention et les recommandations.
  • Anticiper et résoudre les problèmes ou conflits pouvant survenir durant le projet.
  • Garantir la livraison des résultats, en dépassant les attentes et en assurant la satisfaction du client.
  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, en participant à la préparation des offres.
  • Partager les meilleures pratiques et les enseignements pour améliorer nos services et nos méthodes.
Qualifications
  • Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets complexes dans le secteur Retail & Occupiers.
  • Solides compétences en leadership, communication et négociation.
  • Maîtrise des standards qualité, sécurité et environnement.
  • Capacité à développer des relations clients stratégiques et à générer de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Diplôme universitaire ou HND dans une discipline liée à l'ingénierie, la construction ou les infrastructures.
  • Bilingue Anglais et Français.
  • Certification en gestion de projet (APM / PRINCE2 / MSP) et qualification professionnelle (APM, ICE, CIWEM ou équivalent) souhaitées.
