Fixed term until October 2027.

This role will require weekly travel to Paris.

The position sits within our Brand Experience division at Wasserman Live. You will be responsible for account management and the planning of brand experiences and events, including multiple activation concepts across festivals, sporting events, food & drink events, cultural events, and exhibitions.

As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the planning of event projects from start to finish. From strategy and client presentations to budgeting, feasibility, and operational event management, your constant objective will be to create best-in-class brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships independently, as well as the day-to-day management of accounts

  • Ensure smooth communication and regular reporting with clients, brand stakeholders, and internally within Wasserman Live and the wider group

  • Understand and evolve client briefs, actively contributing to strategic and creative thinking

  • Lead brainstorms, demonstrate creativity, and structure ideas based on strong industry knowledge

  • Produce high-quality written presentations, both in content and storytelling

  • Ensure project management excellence by putting the right systems and procedures in place and structuring them effectively

  • Plan and deliver projects, oversee on-site activations, create and manage budgets, and handle project administration

  • Manage client budgets on a daily basis, including pricing, profitability, budget approvals, and payments

  • Manage venue selection and bookings, ensuring all health & safety requirements and regulatory documentation are fully compliant

  • Coordinate and lead on-site teams, production partners, and all suppliers involved in project delivery

  • Develop and manage project schedules, as well as reporting, project sheets, and calendars

  • Define KPIs and evaluate campaigns, including key learnings and the production of strong case studies

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts

  • Lead by example by setting high standards and ensuring best practices and a consistently high level of work quality

Internal Communication

  • Build strong relationships and foster team spirit internally and with client teams

  • Leverage the expertise across the entire Wasserman Live organization when relevant, in order to optimize the quality of deliverables

Financial Responsibility

  • Identify additional business opportunities

  • Proactively seek growth drivers by acting as a true ambassador of Wasserman Live's service offering, ensuring these services are naturally considered when opportunities arise

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Ability to speak and read French and English

  • Proven experience in events / live experiences, both in the planning phase and on-site

  • Excellent account management skills

  • Excellent planning and project management abilities

  • Ability to influence decision-making processes, both internally within the agency and with client organizations

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines

  • Ability to react quickly and take appropriate action to resolve unforeseen issues

  • Ability to unite, motivate, and engage teams

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to analyze project performance and provide structured, well-supported feedback

  • Strong financial and budget management skills

Missions

Le poste s'inscrit au sein de notre division Brand Experience chez Wasserman Live. Vous serez en charge de la gestion de comptes et de la planification d'expériences de marque et d'événements, incluant dea multiples concepts d'activation à travers des festivals, des événements sportifs, des événements food & drink, des événements culturels et des expositions.

En tant que membre cléá de l'équipe, vous interviendrez sur la planification des projets événementiels de A à Z. De la stratégie aux présentations clients, en passant par le budget, la faisabilité et la gestion opérationnelle des événements, avec pour objectif constant de créer des expériences de marque de tout premier plan.

Responsabilités principales

  • Développer et gérer la relation client de manière autonome, ainsi que la gestion quotidienne des comptes

  • Assurer une communication fluide et un reporting régulier, à la fois avec le client, les parties prenantes de la marque, et en interne au sein de Wasserman Live et du groupe

  • Comprendre et faire évoluer les briefs clients, en contribuant activement à la réflexion stratégique et créative

  • Animer les brainstormings, faire preuve de créativité et structurer les idées en s'appuyant sur une connaissance du secteur

  • Produire des présentations écrites de grande qualité, tant sur le fond que sur la narration

  • Assurer la gestion de projet, en veillant à ce que les systèmes et procédures soient correctement mis en place et structurés

  • Planifier et livrer les projets, superviser les activations sur site, créer et gérer les budgets et assurer l'administration des projets

  • Gérer au quotidien les budgets clients, incluant la tarification, la rentabilité, les validations budgétaires et les paiements

  • Gérer la sélection et la réservation des lieux, en s'assurant que toutes les obligations H&S et la documentation réglementaire soient en conformité

  • Coordonner et piloter les équipes terrain, les partenaires de production et l'ensemble des prestataires impliqués dans la livraison des projets

  • Développer et gérer les plannings projets, ainsi que les reportings, fiches projets et calendriers

  • Définir les KPIs et évaluer les campagnes, incluant les enseignements clés et la production de cas d'étude solides

  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités business au sein des comptes clients

  • Montrer l'exemple en fixant des standards élevés et en garantissant les meilleures pratiques et un haut niveau de qualité de travail

Communication interne

  • Construire des relations solides et encourager l'esprit d'équipe en interne et avec les équipes clientes

  • S'appuyer sur l'expertise de l'ensemble de Wasserman Live lorsque c'est pertinent, afin d'optimiser la qualité des livrables

  • Expérience confirmée en événements / expériences live, à la fois en phase de planification et sur site
