Fixed term until October 2027.

This role will require weekly travel to Paris.

The role sits within the Brand Experience division of Wasserman Live. You will be responsible for a strategic client account and will lead the strategic and creative conception as well as the delivery of best-in-class brand experiences. You will play a key interface role between client ambitions and agency expertise, ensuring that projects are commercially sound, strategically relevant, creatively ambitious, and executed with excellence.

From strategic vision to creative and client presentations, through detailed planning, budget management, and event execution, you will be responsible for client satisfaction, account growth, and the development of the team reporting to you.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Lead and develop client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner

  • Understand clients' business objectives, brand strategy, and commercial challenges

  • Direct the development of project and/or annual plans, campaign strategies, and creative responses

  • Confidently present ideas, recommendations, and performance reviews to senior stakeholders

  • Oversee the definition of KPIs and the evaluation of campaigns

Project Management and Delivery

  • Supervise the delivery of experiential campaigns, retail activations, sponsorships, and live events

  • Ensure deadlines, budgets, and the highest creative and operational standards are met

  • Support teams in transforming client briefs into concrete action plans and inspiring creative concepts

  • Anticipate risks and challenges, managing them proactively

  • Manage partnerships and relationships with key rights holders in service of the campaigns

Commercial Management

  • Be responsible for profitability and revenue

  • Identify and realize opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling within existing clients

  • Contribute to pitches and new business initiatives (strategy, ideation, writing, and presentation)

  • Ensure rigorous financial monitoring, including reporting and margin management

Team Leadership

  • Manage and support Account Managers and Executives, fostering their professional development

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability

  • Identify individual skills and strengths to delegate effectively

  • Ensure the team operates smoothly and feels supported to deliver high-quality work

Agency Contribution

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, values, and culture of the agency

  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Operations teams

  • Share industry insights and trends to drive innovation across all accounts

Team Leadership

  • Manage and support Account Managers and Executives, fostering their professional development

Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in client account management within a brand experience agency, live events, or integrated agency

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, project management expertise, and operational excellence

  • Strong relationship management and diplomacy skills

  • Solid strategic and commercial thinking, with rigor in execution

  • Excellent communicator

  • Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams

  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, demanding environment

  • Highly skilled in creating presentations, budgets, and written communications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail

  • Fluent in English and French

Le poste s'inscrit au sein de la division Brand Experience de Wasserman Live. Vous serez en charge d'un compte client stratégique et piloterez la conception stratégique et créative ainsi que la livraison d'expériences de marque de tout premier plan. De la vision stratégique aux présentations créatives et clients, en passant par la planification détaillée, la gestion budgétaire et le pilotage des événements, vous serez responsable de la satisfaction client, du développement du compte et de la montée en compétence de l'équipe qui vous est rattachée.

Responsabilités clés

Leadership client

  • Piloter et développer les relations clients, en devenant un partenaire stratégique de confiance
  • Comprendre les objectifs business des clients, leur stratégie de marque et leurs enjeux commerciaux
  • Diriger l'élaboration des plans projets et/ou annuels, des stratégies de campagne et des réponses créatives
  • Présenter avec assurance idées, recommandations et bilans de performance auprès de parties prenantes senior
  • Superviser la définition des KPIs et l'évaluation des campagnes

Pilotage des projets et livraison

  • Superviser la livraison des campagnes expérientielles, activations retail, sponsoring et événements live
  • Garantir le respect des délais, des budgets et des plus hauts standards créatifs et opérationnels
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la transformation des briefs clients en plans d'action concrets et en concepts créatifs inspirants
  • Anticiper les risques et enjeux, et les gérer de manière proactive
  • Gérer les partenariats et relations avec les détenteurs de droits clés au service des campagnes

Gestion commerciale

  • Être responsable de la rentabilité et des revenus
  • Identifier et concrétiser des opportunités de croissance organique et de cross-sell au sein des clients existants
  • Contribuer aux appels d'offres et démarches  new business (stratégie, idéation, rédaction et présentation)
  • Assurer un suivi financier rigoureux, incluant reporting et gestion des marges
