As a Sales Enablement Specialist in our Qonto office in Barcelona, you will drive continuous improvement in sales performance by building a scalable enablement framework that equips managers and sales teams across multiple markets to perform at their best.
As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Qonto, you will:
• Empower Managers with Scalable Sales Enablement: Design frameworks, tools, content, and processes that managers can deploy to drive team performance and consistency.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to create playbooks, scripts, and enablement assets that managers can use to coach their teams.
• Own the Knowledge Base: Maintain a central "source of truth" (Notion mastery essential) to organize information for Expansion, Inbound, and Field Sales teams.
• Lead Strategic Projects: Diagnose gaps, propose solutions, and coordinate projects
• Drive Onboarding & Efficiency: Manage the Sales Onboarding Academy, certification paths, best-practice mapping, and cross-functional programs to accelerate ramp-up and consistency across markets.
What you can expect:
• Team Context: You'll join a lean sales enablement team reporting directly to Giacomo Ruggiero, Central Sales Director at Qonto. You'll work closely with another Sales Enablement Specialist and with sales managers to support the central sales team across multiple markets.
• Strategic Impact: You'll help build and refine the Sales Academy, certifications, and enablement systems that directly improve sales performance and scalability.
• Collaborative Environment: You'll partner with Sales Operations, Marketing and Operations to deliver programs, content, and insights that support performance, training, and strategic objectives.
About Your Future Manager:
Your manager will be Giacomo Ruggiero, our Global Sales Director at Qonto.
• His Path: Giacomo has a strong track record in sales leadership, sales enablement and team development. Based in Barcelona, he leads Qonto's sales teams across various markets.
• What He Brings: He is a transparent and authentic leader who trusts his team. He leads with a hands-on approach, fostering open communication. Under his guidance, you'll enjoy professional growth and make meaningful contributions to the team's success.
About You:
• Sales Enablement and Project Management experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations, including exposure to sales cycles, pipeline management, and methodology training to effectively analyze and improve sales processes. You also have a strong Project Management background (ideally in Consulting or Ops). You know how to structure complex initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate diverse stakeholders to get things done.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in French or German is a very strong plus.
• Program Leadership: Proven ability to take ownership on several cross-functional projects, elevating managers through enablement and high standards in complex contexts.
• Analytical and proactive Mindset: Skilled at analyzing sales call insights, identifying trends, and turning findings into actionable training materials, certifications, and performance improvement strategies. You can propose actionable solutions to leadership.
• Tooling & Systems: Mastery of Notion for documentation and playbook management; comfortable structuring frameworks, workflows, and knowledge bases across departments.
