Role Background:
Kyriba is hiring a talented Senior Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts. This is a quota carrying position,
What You'll Do:
Client Retention & Expansion
Own the commercial relationship for your portfolio of accounts.
Drive expansion (identify, develop, and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities).
Run client business reviews to uncover initiatives and pain points.
Partner with internal/external teams to ensure customer success.
Manage renewals proactively to hit retention targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Sales Execution
Collaborate cross-functionally to define the upsell approach and objectives.
Deliver compelling presentations/demos that differentiate Kyriba.
Navigate procurement, legal, and security stakeholders to close deals.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity progression in Salesforce.
Generate leads via social selling, networking, industry events, and outreach.
Partner with BDRs and Marketing to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
What You Bring
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
Ability to build strong relationships with Clients based on reliance & expertise.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury operations, or financial technology solutions.
Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close as well as renewal cycles.
A charismatic team player, with the proven ability to be part of a high-performance organization.
Proficiency in and sales productivity tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Account Management Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP solutions, or financial software.
Background in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial risk management.
Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for customer meetings, industry events, and team meeting.
