Our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring solution is trusted by the world's leading airports and train stations across four continents, including the most renowned hubs celebrated for their operational excellence and exceptional passenger experience. We also deploy our solutions in other markets such as Tourism, Retail and Sports.
Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by several Tier 1 customers, including BMW.
Context :
As part of the Customer Success team, you will work closely with our Customer Value & Analytics Specialist to help customers maximize the value of the Shift PFM platform. Your mission: turn data into actionable insights, support dashboard creation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics solutions. This internship is perfect for a data-driven student passionate about operational analysis and customer experience, eager to learn in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
Responsibilities :
1. Data Analysis & Visualization Support Assist in designing and updating dashboards (Live View, Insights Module) for airport customers using tools like GoodData. Participate in analyzing historical data to identify trends and improvement opportunities (e.g., wait times, passenger flow). Help configure KPI-based alerts for real-time monitoring. 2. Standardization & Documentation Contribute to creating reusable templates (reports, dashboard configurations) to accelerate customer deployments. Document best practices and customer feedback to enrich our internal knowledge base. 3. Collaboration & Training Work with Field Application Engineers and Sales Engineers to understand customer needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Assist in preparing training materials and user guides for customer enablement. 4. Voice of the Customer Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions. Support the preparation of client review presentations and materials. Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they understand our product and its value. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Data Analysis: Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration: Work with Sales and Product teams to communicate customer needs and contribute to product enhancements. Documentation: Help create and update customer-facing materials, such as FAQs, guides, and training resources. Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform internal teams and improve the overall customer experience. Projects: Participate in special projects aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements for the role :
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Bachelor's/Master's level).
Technical Skills: Interest in data visualization and BI tools (GoodData, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Basic SQL knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
Soft Skills: Curiosity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills (English and French). Customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
Nice-to-Haves: Understanding of airport operational KPIs (wait times, resource utilization). Interest in generative AI or SaaS solutions.
