Nous cherchons un Sales Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre Octave à un moment clé de notre croissance.
Vous commencerez comme Sales manager (chasse et closing de deals stratégiques, gestion d'un pipe), avant de prendre progressivement la responsabilité complète de la BU commerciale.
C'est une opportunité unique de rejoindre une entreprise en pleine croissance où vous pourrez combiner exécution commerciale et leadership stratégique.
Mission:
Développer et closer de nouveaux comptes en gérant le cycle de vente complet (prospection, négociation, closing).
Construire et piloter un pipeline solide, avec un suivi rigoureux dans le CRM.
Structurer et animer l'équipe Sales : recrutement, coaching, mise en place de process et de bonnes pratiques.
