Responsibilities · Sell a diverse rangeof data centre solutions (and services) across your defined geographicalterritory - solutions to be positioned: Structuredcabling and accessories Physicalsecurity solutions Electricalsolutions Highdensity liquid cooling and power Networkingsolutions IoT Pro -AV· Position company servicesfor design, end -to -end project deployment, product enhancement and rack &roll· Lead the developmentand execution of strategic account plans at key named accounts· Drive new businessdevelopment - research, qualify, contact, present and close new clients basedon an assigned territory or market segment· Build partnershipsacross company business units and work internally as part of a fast -paced Salesteam· Execute billingmargin initiatives through value added services, marketing programs, andsupplier engagement· Communicateeffectively with customers and leads to identify and understand their productor service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet theseneeds, resolving any post -sale issues· Continuously maintainand develop relationships with existing and previous customers, understandtheir key business issues, and recommend ways to deliver value· Liaise with the FieldAccount and Global Account teams relating to pursuing new agreements, value -add/ total cost of ownership (TCO) commitments and increasing customerwallet -share· Maintain and manage apipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects andshare improvement opportunities· Communicate customeractivity, opportunity status, renewal status and strategic plan progress to Management· Lead solutiondevelopment efforts that best address customer needs· Engage supplier salesresources to enlist their support and create solutions· Show expertise instrategic selling and take the lead in high -level sales engagements· Provide pre -call andpost -call coaching to the branch Sales team Qualificationsand Skills Required · High School Degree orEquivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred· 5+ years' provensales experience as a Strategic Account Manager of large account portfolios· Knowledge of the Multi -tenant/ Hyperscale Data Centre industry and trends is a strong advantage· Experience managingmultiple stakeholders and projects· History of success inmaintaining and developing key relationships· Success in strategicplanning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods andcoordination of people and resources· Ability to understandwhere potential exists in assigned accounts and recognize and createopportunities· Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strongclient relationships· Strong negotiationand problem -solving skills· Proficiency with CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office· Self -starter· Ability to workefficiently under pressure· Ability to travel upto 25%
