Rent Country Manager
to accelerate the growth and operational excellence of our rental network in France.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Champion the expansion of our franchised agency network (Stellantis & alternative partners), opening new locations and fostering growth.
• Operational Excellence: Guide rental agencies in delivering seamless customer experiences and achieving outstanding operational performance.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Stellantis' national sales team to secure advantageous commercial terms, and cultivate strong relationships with insurance providers, car dealerships, and local operators.
• Fleet Management: Optimize vehicle availability using our innovative sublease program, maximizing fleet size, revenue, and partner engagement.
• Market Adaptation: Tailor global strategies to the NL market, ensuring locally competitive pricing and service to maximize partner returns.
• New Business Development: Lead operational rollouts for new business opportunities in France working closely with HQ operations to ensure success.
• Performance Tracking: Own key KPIs including no-result rate, cancellation rate, optional insurance turnover, B2B+B2C revenue, customer satisfaction, and more.

Requirements

• Solid experience in car distribution environment within a Dealer or an OEM, at a management level.
• Experience: 5+ years proven track record in car rental or mobility, including management.
• Remote Management: Skilled at leading dispersed teams from a home office, with flexibility for frequent travel and in-person partner meetings, or at Free2move HQ in Paris.
• Agile Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced environments, structuring processes for growth from start-up to scale-up phases.
• Visionary & Problem-Solving: Strategic yet hands-on, capable of building a vision, setting a roadmap, and solving operational challenges with resilience and optimism.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage field teams, partners, and HQ stakeholders.
• Ability to influence at all levels
• Languages: Native French & Fluent in English.
• Driving License required.
