We're hiring: Partner Development Executive (12 month FTC - maternity cover)

We're looking for a Partner Development Executive with 3+ years of solid B2B experience to join our Partnerships team for a maternity cover. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, executing with care, and learning every day - who wants to be part of a friendly, supportive, collaborative team focused on building real, lasting results together.

What you'll work on

  • Partner outreach and acquisition (email, Sales Navigator, calls, campaigns)

  • Partner onboarding and enablement

  • Coordination of partner marketing activities (demand generation campaigns, webinars, events, content creation) and follow up on actions and outcomes

  • Disciplined Partner operations, CRM data hygiene and Reporting

About you

  • 3+ years experience in software sales, sales development, business development, channel sales or related B2B role

  • Successful first experience in a client/partner facing role and ready for your next step

  • Performance-driven, organised with hands-on experience of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)

  • Proactive, curious, reliable and keen to learn with a collaborative mindset

  • Clear, confident communicator

  • Fluency in English and an additional European language is a plus especially Swedish
