FP&A Cash and Finance BPO Analyst

Job Description

The FP&A Cash and Finance BPO Analyst will have a dual responsibility:

1. Acting as a Cash FP&A Analyst, providing visibility and consolidation of cash performance and working capital metrics.

2. Serving as a Finance Business Process Owner (BPO) to drive process efficiency and standardization across global finance operations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to improve financial transparency and process effectiveness.

FP&A Cash

• Lead cash planning and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
• Consolidate and report cash performance metrics, providing visibility to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive working capital analysis, focusing on overall optimization and identifying actions to improve liquidity.
• Provide clear reporting and insights on AR past due performance, highlighting risks and supporting actions to improve collections.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly cash reports for leadership, explaining variances and key drivers.

Business Process Owner (BPO)

• Analyze current finance processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including new workflows and reporting tools.
• Work collaboratively with corporate, regional, and functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
• Document and maintain process standards to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization.
• Provide training and support to finance teams on new processes and reporting standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process optimization and organizational transformation, including ERP implementations, chart of accounts harmonization, and OneStream interface improvements.

Success Indicators

• Accurate and timely cash forecasts and variance analysis.
• Improved visibility and reporting on working capital and AR past due metrics.
• Delivery of process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Strong partnership with finance and operations teams to support cash optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A or finance transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a global, matrix organization.
