We are looking for a dynamic
Business Developer with optic skills
to accelerate SiVIEW's commercial expansion and to strengthen its sales team with an operational profile to support growth in French-speaking markets. This role is designed as direct support to the Head of zone, with a focus on managing prospects, conducting demos, and coordinating pilots. Key Responsibilities This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and international business, within a fast-growing MedTech company.
1. Lead Generation & Qualification
• Manage incoming qualified leads from marketing and trade shows in collaboration with the Head of Zone
• Manage inbound leads and assist in qualifying opportunities.
• Identify and follow up on prospects (France, Belgium, Canada, Maghreb).
• Maintain an up-to-date sales funnel within HubSpot CRM and ensure regular follow-up.
2. Product Demonstration & Sales Process
• Conduct live or remote demos of the SiVIEW solution from the Paris showroom.
• Address prospects' questions and objections with professionalism and clarity.
• Manage commercial proposals in collaboration with the Head of zone and coordinate pilot project setups with technical and CSM teams.
• Ensure seamless handover to the Customer Success team once deals are signed.
3. Pilot Project Coordination
• Set up and monitor pilot and/or installations with new clients.
• Collect user feedback and share insights with Product and R&D teams to enhance performance.
• Track key KPIs agreed with clients to validate the solution's impact and ROI.
4. Market Presence & Events
• Support booth setup, demos, and client meetings during exhibitions.
5. Internal Collaboration
• Represent SiVIEW at national and international optical trade shows and industry events.
• Report on market trends, competitive activity, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and CSM teams
• Share feedback and insights to enrich the commercial strategy and sales materials.
Profile Qualifications
• Degree in Optometry or Optics.
• A background or experience in B2B Business or Sales
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and French is required (B2 minimum)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly understand technical and clinical concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot CRM.
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel in France and abroad (approx. 50 % of time).
Other Requirements
• Position based in Paris, 3 days per week on-site (showroom / HQ) +/- Travels
• Regular international travel (France+++, Canada, Belgium, Maghreb), Driving Licence needed
