Luxe Talent, cabinet international de recrutement et de formation, recherche un(e) Retail Manager France & Espagne (H/F) avec expérience réseau en propre et franchise, pour une enseigne d'accessoires et de chaussures premium. Rattaché(e) directement à l'Operational Chief de l'enseigne, le Retail Manager France & Espagne (H/F) aura pour principales missions : Leadership & Stratégie Diriger, inspirer et accompagner les Area Managers ainsi que la douzaine de magasins du réseau (propre et franchise) afin de garantir l'excellence opérationnelle. Décliner la stratégie globale en plans d'action régionaux axés sur les résultats, la fidélisation client et la notoriété de la marque. Assurer le rôle de relais principal entre le terrain et les départements centraux (Marketing, Merchandising, RH, Opérations, IT). Contribuer activement aux initiatives stratégiques et aux projets de transformation de l'entreprise. Performance Commerciale Piloter le P&L et atteindre les KPIs clés : chiffre d'affaires, taux de conversion, panier moyen, satisfaction client et performance RH. Analyser le marché et la concurrence afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance. Mettre en oeuvre des campagnes, promotions et événements pour maximiser la performance locale. Accompagner l'optimisation du réseau en adoptant une approche innovante et data-driven.
