Ce stage de HR Business Partner H/F est fait pour vous Vos missions principales - Assurer la gestion RH quotidienne pour un périmètre - Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs (contrats, congés, mobilité interne, télétravail). - Contribuer à une expérience collaborateur de qualité : onboarding, suivi des périodes d'essai, plan de formation, mobilités et promotions. - Apporter un support aux managers : pratiques RH, développement des compétences, sécurisation des talents, gestion des situations sensibles. - Suivre les dossiers sensibles (absences, départs).
