Description du poste : Au coeur du dispositif de relation client et d'optimisation des process internes, vous êtes un véritable pivot entre les équipes, les clients et les outils métiers. En tant que Customer Onboarding Specialist - Solutions Digitales (F/H), vous intervenez à plusieurs niveaux. A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront : L'accueil & la coordination : -Assurer l'accueil physique et téléphonique des clients avec professionnalisme et convivialité ; -Gérer les demandes entrantes et qualifier les besoins dès le premier contact ; -Organiser les rendez-vous, réunions, et contribuer à la coordination des interactions clients. Avoir une approche commerciale proactive : -Identifier et qualifier les besoins clients dès le premier contact ; -Détecter des opportunités commerciales et orienter les demandes vers les bons interlocuteurs internes ; -Contribuer activement à la transformation commerciale du cabinet. Le support technique et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs : -Accompagner les collaborateurs et les clients dans l'utilisation des logiciels comptables (dont Pennylane) et des outils internes ; -Gérer les accès, suivre les droits utilisateurs et traiter les incidents de premier niveau ; -Déployer de nouveaux outils et former les utilisateurs via des supports pédagogiques (guides, fiches pratiques, tutoriels). Appui aux méthodes et process -Participer à l'optimisation, à la documentation et à la diffusion des procédures internes ; -Contribuer à la digitalisation des flux : collecte, archivage, automatisation ; -Être force de proposition pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur et soutenir des projets d'amélioration continue. Logiciels : comptables, bureautique, Pennylane Avantages & rémunération : 32/35 * 13 mois * 35h annualisées (1 semaine 39h / 1 semaine 31h) + primes sur objectifs intéressement, TR, charte de télétravail, parking, CSE, journée corporate annuelle, évènements sportifs
