Vos missions Renforcer la satisfaction client : -Développer des relations de confiance durables avec nos clients -Assurer le premier niveau de support et réaliser des paramétrages clients de base -Accompagner les clients dans l'utilisation de nos solutions et identifier leurs enjeux -Participer à la résolution des incidents courants en escaladant au service technique et en assurant un suivi réactif et bienveillant -Promouvoir des actions et des événements pour renforcer l'adhésion client Former et améliorer les supports clients : -Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation client : manuels utilisateurs, guides pratiques et FAQ -Concevoir et maintenir des tutoriels vidéo clairs et accessibles -Organiser et animer des démonstrations et des formations auprès des clients Contribuer au développement commercial et à l'amélioration continue : -Réaliser des campagnes d'emails ciblées et qualifier les opportunités -Collaborer étroitement avec l'interlocuteur commercial : relancer les clients & prospects, organiser des RDV et assurer le suivi dans le CRM -Capitaliser les retours clients pour enrichir notre offre et améliorer nos process
