Pour accompagner cette ambition, nous recrutons son futur Country Manager France. Poste Rôle & Missions Rattaché à la Direction du groupe basée à l'international, le Country Manager France pilote l'ensemble des activités commerciales et opérationnelles sur le territoire. Il s'agit d'un rôle stratégique, à forte visibilité, dans un contexte de relance managériale, de structuration des équipes et d'accélération de la performance. Définition et déploiement de la stratégie France - Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre une feuille de route commerciale ambitieuse et réaliste. - Adapter le positionnement, les offres et les messages aux spécificités du marché français. - Piloter la planification commerciale (CA par segment, par client, par commercial). - Assurer une veille active sur les marchés, concurrents et appels d'offres. - Optimiser la politique de prix et de remises afin d'améliorer durablement la marge. Management et structuration de l'organisation commerciale - Manager et fédérer l'équipe existante (commerciaux terrain et support commercial). - Structurer la montée en puissance de la force de vente à l'échelle nationale. - Mettre en place des routines commerciales, KPI, outils CRM et standards de performance. - Accompagner la montée en compétences, le coaching et la fidélisation des équipes. Développement commercial et grands comptes - Gérer en direct un portefeuille de clients et prospects stratégiques. - Accélérer la pénétration des segments prioritaires, notamment santé et médico-social. - Piloter les réponses aux appels d'offres, négocier les contrats et sécuriser les renouvellements. - Développer une présence forte en Île-de-France afin d'ouvrir les grands comptes nationaux. Coordination groupe et représentation de la marque - Être l'interface clé avec les équipes internationales (logistique, finance, marketing, IT). - Assurer un reporting structuré et régulier auprès de la Direction groupe. - Représenter la marque auprès des institutions, partenaires et prescripteurs. Profil recherché Nous recherchons un dirigeant commercial expérimenté, capable de conjuguer vision stratégique, leadership managérial et implication terrain, dans un environnement international exigeant. Expérience & expertise - Formation supérieure (Bac +5). - Expérience confirmée en direction commerciale, direction pays ou rôle équivalent en environnement B2B. - Solide maîtrise des cycles de vente longs, appels d'offres et négociation grands comptes. - Expérience avérée dans la structuration d'équipes et le redressement de performance. - Anglais professionnel courant indispensable, un niveau équivalent en allemand serait apprécié. Leadership & posture - Capacité à porter une vision et à conduire le changement. - Leadership exigeant, structurant et fédérateur. - Forte orientation résultats et rigueur de pilotage. - Aisance relationnelle et crédibilité auprès d'interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
