Les contours du poste Nous recherchons un(e) PA to HR Director & Internal Communication pour rejoindre notre équipe RH au sein de la Division Derma en CDD pour une durée de 8 mois. Ce rôle stratégique allie support exécutif à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines et pilotage de la communication interne pour renforcer la cohésion, la culture et l'engagement des collaborateurs à l'échelle internationale. Vos missions principales 1. Support exécutif à la Directrice RH (PA to HR Director) Gestion proactive de l'agenda : planification, priorisation et coordination des rendez-vous. Organisation de réunions : préparation des ordres du jour, supports, comptes rendus et suivi des actions. Organisation des déplacements (France & international) : réservations, itinéraires, gestion des notes de frais. Préparation de présentations et de supports en lien avec les équipes concernées. Interface privilégiée entre la Directrice RH, les équipes internes et les parties prenantes externes. Gestion confidentielle d'informations sensibles liées aux Ressources Humaines. Support ad hoc pour faciliter le quotidien de la Direction RH. 2. Communication interne & engagement collaborateurs Valoriser les initiatives RH et assurer la cohérence des messages avec la culture et la marque employeur. Créer des contenus engageants et innovants (articles, vidéos, posts LinkedIn, intranet, TV interne). Collaborer avec les départements, les pays et un(e) apprenti(e) communication pour relayer les succès et projets clés. 3. Event management Gérer la logistique et la communication des événements internes, digitaux et physiques (au siège et à l'international). 4. Marque employeur Travailler en synergie avec les équipes RH, Marketing et les partenaires externes. Animer le comité éditorial LinkedIn et garantir l'alignement entre communication interne et externe.
