About the jobInternship: 6-month full time internship mid-February 2024 Are you ready to dive into the world of Tax Free Shopping and Payment marketing? Join our B2B Marketing team for a 6-month internship and support the implementation of our global marketing and communication strategy. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment while making an impact on the travel, luxury retail and hospitality sectors.What's the Job? As the B2B Marketing intern, you'll support the implementation of the global marketing strategy by working closely with the Tax Free Shopping Marketing Manager and Payment Marketing Manager. You'll create and update sales materials for the sales teams, design marketing collaterals, and help craft engaging content. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with marketing experts within the team and other central teams.Your Responsibilities:Create and support engaging sales materials: support the creation of sales decks, product videos, screencasts, demos, etc.Craft compelling content: help produce success cases, LinkedIn posts, articles, whitepaper, and more.Design & Visual Creation: Support on the marketing collaterals creation by developing videos on PlayPlay and visuals on Canva, with access to Adobe Creative Cloud.Conduct market and competitor research: stay updated on luxury, retail, and shopping industry trends; conduct benchmarking and gather insights on competitors, brands.Press: Gather, verify, and recommend press to support the team.Digital presence optimization: Contribute to the upkeep of Global Blue's digital presence, supporting data accuracy and cross-market consistency.Active Engagement: Be an essential part of the marketing team by actively participating in meetings, webinars, and brainstorming sessions. Propose fresh ideas for content and campaign improvements.Who will you work with?As part of the B2B marketing team, you'll play a key role in supporting Global Blue's marketing strategy across various markets, working closely with an international team. You'll have two direct managers—one focused on Tax Free Shopping Marketing and the other on Payments Marketing—giving you exposure to both industries.You'll participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with your managers will help set goals, prioritize tasks, and track your progress. As you grow, you'll gain more autonomy and take on larger projects to further develop your skills.What You'll Learn: Storytelling: Improve your copywriting ability to create persuasive, engaging content.B2B Marketing Mastery: Understand marketing best practices and design materials that resonate with our audience.Creative Design and Video: Master the art of design and video creation with Canva and PlayPlay, producing eye-catching infographics, leaflets and videos. Plus, gain experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for advanced design and editing.Collaboration & Project Management: Work with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders, learning to manage tasks, deadlines, and feedback in a professional environment.Who are we looking for? Education: an on-going university degree in Business School, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. Internship agreement requiredExperience: Prior experience in B2B Marketing, the luxury or payment industry, or Project Management is a plusCuriosity and Innovation: Your innate curiosity, resourcefulness, and innovative spirit drive you to seek new solutions.Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus, but not necessary.Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable using Canva. Adobe Suite (InDesign) and Google Analytics/Trends are a plus.Interest in retail, travel, luxury and technologyEligibility: Please note that applicants must be eligible to work in France.
