This is a dual-track role combining Strategic Business Operations and Technical Project Management. You are not here to observe; you are here to build the engine that fuels our growth.Your Key Missions1. CEO Strategic Support & Business PlanningBusiness Modeling: Own and update the Business Plan (BP) and financial forecasts for 2026-2027.Fundraising Prep: Assist the CEO in preparing data rooms and pitch materials for upcoming funding rounds.Operating System: Streamline internal processes to ensure the company scales efficiently as we onboard new international accounts.2. Strategic Project Lead - AI Scientific Study: Lead internal scientific studies.Data ops : Orchestrate the extension of our first proprietary ML models to other verticals. Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a "Driver" with a high degree of autonomy.Education: Ideally top-tier Engineering or Business School (e.g., HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, X, Centrale, Mines).Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with complex spreadsheets and have a strong grasp of how Machine Learning models are built and evaluated (high-level)Execution Power: You have the "get things done" mindset.
