Ce que nous recherchonsNous recherchons des Business Developers indépendants pour nous aider à déployer le miroir connecté Neora sur le marché professionnel.Profil idéal :Jeunes motivés, étudiants, alternants ou débutants pros cherchant un complément d'activité.Personnes ambitieuses souhaitant grandir avec une startup prometteuse.Sens commercial naturel, aisance relationnelle et capacité à convaincre.Intérêt pour le secteur beauté, bien-être ou tech (pas obligatoire mais un plus).Autonomie totale + état d'esprit entrepreneurial. Ce que Neora offreRémunération 100% à la commission (taux attractifs, parmi les meilleurs du marché).Liberté complète : horaires libres, organisation libre, aucune obligation horaire.Une formation complète au produit, aux arguments et à la démarche commerciale.Des outils de vente simples et efficaces : démonstrations, supports, pitchs, vidéos.La possibilité d'être parmi les premiers ambassadeurs commerciaux d'une startup qui se développe vite.À moyen terme : évolution vers des missions longues, responsabilités, coordination... selon motivation. MissionsProspecter instituts, salons, spas, hôtels, marques cosmétiques et distributeurs.Présenter le miroir connecté Neora : démonstration, argumentaire, bénéfices business.Générer des leads qualifiés et suivre les discussions jusqu'à signature.Représenter l'image Neora avec professionnalisme et enthousiasme.Remonter les retours du terrain à l'équipe pour améliorer l'offre. RémunérationCommission élevée sur chaque vente ou location signée.Bonus possibles selon le volume.Paiement à la mission / au résultat (statut freelance obligatoire ou micro-entreprise).
