We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our Business Development / Customer Success team in the IT software solutions industry. This role offers fresh grads international exposure, focusing on growth strategies, client partnerships, and market expansion—beyond just sales. If you're passionate about tech, curious about business, and ready to build a meaningful career, we'd love to have you onboardKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Support & Strategy ExecutionAssisting in the preparation and execution of sales strategies, including generating leads, managing customer accounts, and handling sales inquiries.Supporting the development and execution of business development strategies, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.Helping to align business development efforts with company goals and sales objectives.Customer Relationship ManagementParticipate in client meetings and presentations to understand business challenges from different regions.Developing relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders (investors, suppliers, etc.).Attending networking events and industry conferences to build connections that can lead to partnerships.Market Research & AnalysisIdentifying new markets, business trends, competitors, and customer needs.Conducting SWOT analyses (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to understand where the business can grow.Tracking and ReportingMonitoring and reporting on progress of sales performance/business development activities and performance metrics.Preparing regular reports and analyses for senior management to track business growth and identify areas for improvement.Training & DevelopmentParticipating in internal training sessions to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership abilities.Global ExposureWork on international projects and collaborate with teams across different regionsGain insights into global sales strategies and cross-cultural client managementPotential opportunities for overseas assignments, networking, and long-term career expansion in international marketsREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT from a recognized institutionFresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience requiredPassion for technology, sales, and business developmentStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving skills with examine a problem from different angles to understand its root cause and identify potential solutions.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learnAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environmentWHAT WE OFFEROpportunities for global exposure and career advancementOverseas assignments & international networking opportunitiesComprehensive training and mentorship from industry expertsCompetitive compensation packageExposure to real-world IT sales processes and client interactionsA dynamic, innovative, and diverse work environment
