National Key Account Manager-FranceWorking mode: on-site, parisKey responsibilities:Drive growth across existing retail channels, strengthening relationships and optimising performanceLead yearly negotiations with national retailers at a 3-net level, ensuring alignment with Anker Innovation guidelinesIdentify and unlock new business opportunities for all Anker Innovations brands : Anker, Eufy and SoundcoreDevelop and execute account specific joint business plans, with clear monthly KPIs and corrective action plans when neededThink long-term and strategically, setting ambitious yet achievable objectives to sustainably grow your accountsPrepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysisPlan and manage promotional strategies and budgets in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring impactful executionContinuously optimise performance through regular KPI analysis, identify gaps and opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, warehousing, and logistics to ensure seamless execution from order to deliveryChampion operational excellence, proactively identifying ways to improve internal processes and customer experienceRepresent the brand externally, attending seminars, conferences, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends and foester strategic relationshipsQualifications :Minimum 5 years experience in Business development, Key Accounts Management at a national level in the consumer electronics and/or FMCG industry.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencesProven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityProficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and ExcelThrives in fast-paced, lean environments, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and resilienceExperience managing omni channel strategies is a plus, including both offline retail and e-retailFluent in French and English.
