Operating at the intersection of digitalisation, microbiology and sustainability, the business delivers automated, data-driven solutions used by leading Food & Beverage manufacturers across Europe and beyond.As part of continued commercial expansion, we're seeking a Key Account Manager Europe to take ownership of strategic customer relationships within the Food & Beverage sector.What's the role?This is a senior, consultative sales position focused on building long-term partnerships with key accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining technical understanding with commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual value.Working closely with internal technical, operations and leadership teams, you'll be responsible for growing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities within accounts, and contributing to wider market intelligence and strategy.Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing strategic account plans for key European Food & Beverage customersManaging senior stakeholder relationships and acting as the primary customer advocateDelivering technical and commercial solution-based sellingDriving revenue growth across existing and new key accountsCollaborating cross-functionally with technical, service and product teamsProviding accurate reporting, forecasting and stakeholder updatesMonitoring market trends, regulatory developments and competitor activityWhat are we looking for?Degree-level education in engineering, life sciences, business or equivalent experience5+ years' experience in key account management or technical sales within industrial water marketsStrong understanding of water treatment, purification or monitoring solutions for Food & BeverageProven track record of managing large accounts and delivering sustained revenue growthCommercially astute, confident in negotiation, and comfortable operating autonomouslyFluent English essential; French and/or German advantageousWillingness to travel as required across Europe (approx. 20-30%)What's on offer?A role within an innovative, purpose-driven business operating in a field of global importanceHigh autonomy and ownership within a growing international organisationEngaging, technically rich sales environment with genuine customer impactFlexible working arrangements, including remote optionsIf you're a commercially driven Key Account Manager looking to work at the forefront of digital water monitoring within Food & Beverage, we'd be keen to speak with you.Apply via LinkedIn or contact Max Fraser-Krauss (max@influxsearch.com) to apply directly.Influx Search is a global executive and specialty search recruitment consultancy that helps businesses find the best talent across a wide range of water, clean-tech and environmental applications.Our mission is clear: to streamline, optimise, and propel your businesses recruitment plans.
