Territory Account Manager – UK & IrelandWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Territory Account Manager to spearhead our sales efforts across the UK and Ireland.This role is central to our strategic initiative to expand our market share and strengthen brand presence in a competitive landscape.You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distributor, OEM and end user customer relationships; enhancing our commercial proposition across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy in alignment with F-DGSi’s global growth objectives.Actively hunt for new direct gas generator sales opportunities in LC/MS and GC/MS sectors; proactively expanding F-DGSi’s footprint in the UK and Ireland.Nurture existing distributor, OEM partnerships and key accounts throughout the region.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on conversion, sustained customer account engagement and site visits.Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitive dynamics and unmet customer needs.Support and deliver product presentations, demonstrations and commercial proposals.Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Service, Technical Support and Product Development) to deliver customer-focused solutions.Provide timely and accurate forecasting, sales reporting and territory insights.Diligent management and utalisation of CRM for all sales and account activities.Represent F-DGSi at regional trade shows, conferences and customer visitsRequirementsProven experience in technical sales or business development; ideally in laboratory equipment, analytical instruments or gas generation systemsGood knowledge of LC/MS and GC/MS applications.Demonstrated success working in a direct sales market and delivering regional growth.Self-starter mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel extensively within territory (40%).Proficiency in English is essentialLocated in the United Kingdom.What We OfferAn opportunity to shape and grow a newly created role in a strategic market.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Autonomy, flexibility and support from a collaborative and driven international team.Represent a high-quality, European-manufactured product portfolio with strong technical support.Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
