About Metapic Metapic is the #1 creator-commerce platform in Europe. We connect brands with creators and help them drive measurable results across multiple markets. We’re growing quickly and have ambitious goals for our next stage of expansion. Our teams are based across eight European offices: Berlin, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Rotterdam, Stockholm and Warsaw. The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Head of France to lead and grow Metapic in the French market. Based in Paris, you’ll shape the local strategy, lead the team and build strong relationships with brands, media agencies, affiliate networks, creators and talent managers. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development. You’ll identify new opportunities, strengthen Metapic’s presence in France and represent the company publicly at industry events and meetings. It involves travel for client and partner meetings, industry events and collaboration with colleagues across Metapic’s markets.

What You'll Do
• Lead Metapic’s commercial growth in France.
• Build and manage relationships with brands, media agencies, affiliate networks, creators and talent managers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Set market plans and revenue targets, and take ownership of delivering ambitious goals.
• Lead, coach and develop the local team.
• Work with campaign, creator and central teams to deliver strong results for clients and creators.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, turning insights into practical growth plans.
• Travel to meet clients and partners, attend industry events and support the team.
• Represent Metapic publicly and build the company’s profile in the market. What You'll Bring
• Experience in a senior commercial, sales or country leadership role, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• A strong network in France and a track record of growing revenue and building strategic relationships.
• Strong commercial understanding and experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, digital media, e-commerce or a related field.
• An entrepreneurial, self-starting and hard-working mindset.
• The ability to set direction while staying close to day-to-day execution.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• A good understanding of the French advertising and e-commerce landscape.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• A university degree, ideally from a business school.
