About LOEWE
Founded in Spain in 1846, LOEWE is the second-oldest luxury fashion house in the world. Since 2025, the House is under the creative direction of Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, guided by a rich artistic sensibility and an imaginative exploration of craft. This new chapter builds on core sensibilities of LOEWE: an intellectual and playful approach to fashion, the vibrant spirit of Spanish lifestyle, and unmatched leather expertise.
At LOEWE we are committed to a culture that welcomes all, regardless of gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic background and abilities, including people with disabilities of all types. Our aim is for everyone to feel valued, included, and empowered to contribute their best.
We are looking for our next Head of VIP & Talents, based in Paris, to lead our global VIP and talent strategy.

• Lead celebrity dressing, red carpet, gifting and product placement, identifying key opportunities and ensuring strong execution in partnership with internal teams and talent representatives.
• Develop talent partnerships and activations, including Friends of the House, ambassadors and paid collaborations, with a focus on cultural relevance, visibility and long-term relationship building.
• Drive global coordination and budget management, setting priorities across markets and ensuring investments support the House’s strategic objectives.
• Lead and develop the VIP & Talents team, while acting as a key advisor to the Global Communications Director on talent strategy, partnerships and opportunities. Profile
• 8+ years of experience in VIP, talent relations, communications or the entertainment industry, ideally within fashion or luxury.
• Strong international network across talents, stylists, agents and managers.
• Deep understanding of the global entertainment and cultural landscape, with a genuine passion for fashion, film, music, art and contemporary culture.

• Strategic and creative mindset, combined with strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly international environment.
