Role Description The Remote Administrative Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris, providing high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing and tracking expense reports, and handling correspondence and documentation. The role involves organizing executive meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The assistant will serve as a key communication point between executives and internal or external stakeholders, helping streamline workflows and safeguard confidentiality. This position requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment aligned with the needs of capital markets operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
Candidates should possess experience with Administrative Assistance and expense reports, including accurate documentation and reimbursement tracking.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with executives and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Relevant qualifications include proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), fluency in English; French language skills are an advantage.
A background in finance, capital markets, or a related corporate environment, and prior experience supporting senior leadership, is beneficial.
Post-secondary education in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
