A Day in the Life You will help build the future of Beauty Tech by integrating generative AI and agentic workflows into our internal products. Reporting to the AI Product Lead, you act as the bridge between business needs and our tech experts.
• Assist in defining user stories, managing the sprint backlog, and participating in daily Agile rituals.
• Help explore and prototype agentic use cases alongside our community of 2,000 Tech Experts and 3,500 Digital Experts worldwide.
• Contribute to testing generative AI tools and prompt engineering models to enhance developer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support the creation of onboarding guides, enablement content, and tech demos for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineers and data scientists to evaluate product feedback, tracking practical adoption across our diverse teams. We Are Looking For You bring curiosity for artificial intelligence and a strong desire to solve real-world problems for end users. You bring:
• Product Management: Ability to translate operational needs into clear user stories and assist in backlog organisation.
• Artificial Intelligence: Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering concepts, or hands-on prototyping tools.
• Agile Practices: Understanding of iterative delivery frameworks, sprint rituals, and collaborative ways of working.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to interact comfortably with both technical and business counterparts.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English for international collaboration; professional working proficiency in French. What's In It For You
