Marseille, France Job Summary The Project Manager Talent Attraction is responsible for driving strategic and operational projects supporting Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Engagement, University Relations and Early Careers activities. Reporting to the Group Vice President of Talent Attraction & Employer Branding you will work across a broad range of transformation, digital innovation, data and process improvement initiatives, the role will help strengthen the effectiveness, consistency, and performance of Talent Attraction activities across the organization. The position requires strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, a digital and data-driven mindset, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Working collaboratively with Talent Attraction teams and relevant internal partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving projects forward, improving processes and reporting, and supporting innovation across the Talent Attraction function.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Transformation
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional Talent Attraction projects from initiation through implementation.
• Build project plans, define milestones, manage timelines and track deliverables.
• Facilitate project governance and provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation actions to support successful project delivery.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, Communications and business teams.
• Develop high-quality presentations, analyses and executive-ready materials for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working and increase operational effectiveness. Data Analytics & Reporting Excellence
• Support the continuous improvement of Talent Attraction reporting and KPI governance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and executive reports in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate data quality and reporting issues and coordinate with relevant teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Contribute to improving the consistency, reliability and usability of Talent Attraction data.
• Translate data and analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for Talent Attraction leadership. Digital Solutions & Process Improvement
• Support Talent Attraction digital initiatives aimed at improving recruiter, candidate and stakeholder experience in collaboration with HRIS team.
• Gather and structure business needs and ensure effective coordination with relevant internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of digital solutions supporting Talent Attraction activities.
• Coordinate business-side activities related to new solutions and enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, user readiness, change management and adoption.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification and improved user experience in collaboration with HRIS team.
• Act as a bridge between Talent Attraction teams and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are clearly understood and projects progress effectively. Artificial Intelligence & Innovation
• Monitor emerging AI and digital trends relevant to Talent Acquisition, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding.
• Identify potential use cases and opportunities to improve Talent Attraction activities through technology and innovation.
• Support pilots and proof-of-concepts in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
• Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation and digital adoption. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Consulting or Project Management and Transformation within HR, Human Capital, Talent Acquisition or other related environments.
• Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations would be a strong advantage.
• Exposure to digital transformation, technology-enabled projects or HR/recruitment solutions would be an advantage. Technical
