Créée il y a 5 ans par des passionnés de gastronomie, notre entreprise propose un service unique d’analyse et de segmentation des clients de restaurants.

Notre mission : permettre aux restaurateurs de mieux connaître leurs clients et ainsi personnaliser leur accueil et donc les fidéliser.

Sur ce marché de niche, sans concurrence directe, notre société poursuit son développement rapide en France et à l’international en partenariat avec les principaux systèmes de réservation.

Notre cœur de cible sont les maisons gastronomiques (étoilés, distingués par des guides ou en voie de l’être). 

QEAT est donc au service de la profession et compte désormais plus de 250 maisons partenaires.

Pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale, nous recrutons un(e) Business Developer Team Leader.


Votre rôle


Focus : développer le CA de l’entreprise sur le marché français, par la conquête de nouveaux clients.

Vous adresserez les maisons étoilées et gastronomiques (distinguées par les critiques), les restaurants bistronomiques, les restaurants affiliés à un réseau (Relais&Chateau, etc.), et les groupements de restaurants.

Vos missions :

Qualifier les prospects et alimenter le CRM (Salesforces) Assurer une veille pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités via différents canaux Prendre des rendez-vous (en face à face ou par téléphone) Commercialiser nos offres (solutions de fidélisation & analyse) Contribuer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente

Votre tempérament commercial est clairement votre atout

Jeune diplômé(e) en commerce, vous avez une première expérience en vente réussie de minimum 1 an.

À l’aise pour communiquer à l’oral comme à l’écrit, vous aimez le contact téléphonique et vous possédez une bonne culture digitale.

Si vous êtes attiré(e) par l’univers de la restauration et de la food tech, que vous aimez vendre et que vous voulez apprendre, c’est ici que ça se passe

Mode de fonctionnement start-up Télétravail partiel possible Tickets restaurant + budget restaurant mensuel Locaux idéalement situés (Paris 16) Fixe entre 29K€ et 35K€ brut annuel, en fonction de votre expérience et profil, + un variable déplafonné, soit 10K à 15K€ brut en première année à l'objectif
