Sales Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales professional to spearhead our sales team and drive the adoption of our innovative admin panel framework across industries and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead weekly sprints, setting ambitious goals and providing support and training to your team.
- Maintain up-to-date deal and customer information in our CRM.
- Develop and execute a plan to meet monthly sales objectives.
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Sales person with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on capabilities, and experience in high-growth B2D SaaS environments. If you're comfortable working off the beaten path and navigating complex sales cycles, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:- 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth B2D SaaS environment targeting startups and SMBs.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on capabilities and early-stage startup experience.
- A solution-based approach to selling and the ability to manage a complex sales process.
- Native/bilingual written and spoken English.
