The Job
Responsibilities:
- Handle emergency client calls, gather necessary information, and create detailed service tickets.
- Dispatch service teams efficiently and track the progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and technicians, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Assist with lead generation and organizing marketing efforts during quieter periods.
- Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, confidently guiding them towards choosing our services.
The Profile
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Strong communication abilities, both oral and written, with a calm approach under pressure.
- Experience in the property maintenance field is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient with computer systems and familiar with using WhatsApp for communication.
- Capable of working independently and handling high-stress situations effectively.
