POSITION OVERVIEW:

The International Business Development Assistant will be responsible for supporting the International department in analyzing International business, tracking progress of strategy and enabling excellence in its execution, partnering with each regions in her/his scope.

This role will report into the International Commercial Director Kilian Paris & EDPFM and will be a key point of contact for all regions, also working with all Global departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Project lead on brand strategic growth engines within scope of responsibility (ie new channels, retail formats implementations, assortments, new categories …

·Assess and evaluate International business across all dimensions (categories, channels, markets, consumers) to fuel International Commercial Director and enable decisions making

· Co-lead with International Commercial Director detailed growth roadmap execution for each regions  

· Track progress of strategy and excellence in execution within all regions , setting the right KPIs and monthly processes 

· Follow up and track on new distribution expansion (pre opening and post with monthly performance updates)

·Support in anticipating supply risks and work with regions and GBSC to ensure excellence in operations planning : forecast accuracy follow up and contingency plans building

· Anticipate and align on full year 360 activations with each regions, be their voice with Global Marketing & SDVM teams

·Support International Commercial Director in driving focus on top markets & 10 key global cities in partnership with regions, including operationalization of strategy and KPI monitoring

· Consolidate monthly update & reportings , be aware of priority projects within the geographic scope (monthly sales, events, new launches results…) in order to allow management to take the best strategic decisions. 

· Consolidate and analyse retail sales and net sales by regions and by franchises in order to take the best strategic decisions and to implement the right action plans

·Gather and share regions best practices to drive positive emulation between regions

·Drive internal business communication on key regions highlights (ie newsletter implementation and monthly reviews preparation)

·Project lead on new business channels opportunities (Pop-up opportunities, driving Global corporate sales business, expanding Hotel amenities & airlines)

· Collaborate with regional teams on key Retailer meetings & International market visits

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience in relevant commercial and business positions Global experience preferred Experience in working across cultures and function Problem solver Business analyst experience is a plus Demonstrated ability in synthesizing large amounts of complex data into meaningful conclusions Keen business acumen

EDUCATION:

•Undergraduate degree in Business Administration
