About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at ALTIOS International. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business growth strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and submit proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Networking: Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on business development activities, progress, and results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English and Arabic.
