Notre client est un éditeur de logiciel SaaS. Il propose une technologie d'assistance à distance pour les équipes informatiques d'entreprise.
Ils ont acquis 3 entreprises au cours des 12 derniers mois en Europe et aux États-Unis, atteint près de 400 personnes et d'importants plans d'embauche pour soutenir leurs expansions.
Pour accompagner le développement de notre offre ITOM / ITSM, nous recherchons un consultant avant-vente F/H en CDI. Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale France et sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Avant-Vente, vous travaillez au quotidien avec les équipes commerciales.
Pour chaque opportunité business client ou prospect, vous travaillez en binôme avec un Account Executive et êtes garant(e) de l'offre technique et fonctionnelle, dans le respect des règles et procédures définies.

Missions :
Vos missions s'articuleront autour de plusieurs tâches :
Pour un dossier de vente en cours:
Vous analysez les besoins du client/prospect afin de lui proposer la solution la mieux adaptée
Vous répondez aux appels d'offres confiés par la Directrice Avant-Vente
Vous participez à des soutenances clients/prospects, êtes en capacité de réaliser des démos et de vendre l'offre en argumentant vos choix et en maquettant la solution technologique
Vous identifiez les critères de faisabilité, rentabilité et de risques du projet
Vous êtes un support pour votre binôme commercial tout au long du cycle de vente
Vous êtes contributeur(trice) dans l'élaboration des aspects techniques et fonctionnels de la proposition commerciale, le chiffrage et la proposition de mise en oeuvre
En parallèle de vos missions, vous contribuez aux spécifications des évolutions produits, assurez une veille technologique et économique et collaborez avec le réseau de partenaires

Le profil que nous recherchons :
Vous disposez d'une expérience de 5 ans dans la vente de solutions logicielles ( Saas et/ou On Premise)
Vous disposez impérativement d'un niveau d'anglais opérationnel à courant.
Sur le plan relationnel, vous êtes un vrai team player et n'hésitez à apporter un support à vos collègues sur les dossiers de vente
Rompu(e) à l'exercice de réponse aux appels d'offres, vous êtes à l'aise dans la rédaction de contenus techniques et commerciaux
Vous disposez d'une expérience dans la vente de solutions de supervision
Processus de recrutement :
1er entretien RH avec notre Talent Acquisition Manager
2nd entretien avec le Manager Avant-Ventes
3ème et dernier entretien avec la Manager Avant-Ventes Europe et le country Manager
