The Job
Responsibilities:
- Take urgent client calls, extract essential information, and log details into our service platform.
- Deploy field teams promptly and ensure follow-up actions lead to quick and effective solutions.
- Keep clients and internal teams informed with clear, timely updates throughout the incident response.
- In quieter moments, support lead generation efforts and contribute to email marketing strategies.
- Engage with new clients, guiding them through our offerings and securing their commitment to our services.
The Profile
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and collected in emergencies.
- Previous experience in the security sector or similar fields is beneficial but not essential.
- Comfortable with technology and familiar with communication tools like WhatsApp.
- Self-motivated, capable of working without supervision and performing well under pressure.
