McCann Paris is currently recruiting within its Beauty Team, dedicated entity to L’Oréal Paris an International Account Manager, to work in the Country Management Team. 

Part of the Country Management Team, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Country Management.

You’ll be responsible for our worldwide markets and their work. From strategic, creative and operational needs and projects. You will be the central link between McCann/Countries and our global team, and, also to the key Loreal Paris senior clients.

Overall mission:

You are the main contact with key markets on strategic and creative requests, and represent the agency with the Zones clients, thanks to a good knowledge of the brand and the challenges in the countries you are dealing with.

You are the voice of the countries toward the client and internal teams.

Strategic missions:

You have a global vision of the category/countries, in charge of their priorities, key launches and challenges.

You will oversee local developments from brief to roll-out, working with McCann agencies, Regional Business Leads, and the Executive Creative Director.

You’ll champion the origination of local activations allowing markets to sustain growth locally.

You’re the Brand Guardian of everything created locally – from adaptation to local origination.

You’ll be participating to local pitches and ensure the development is smooth from initial brief to final presentation.

You’ll oversee worldwide markets, handling strategic, creative, and operational needs.
You'll act as the central link between McCann/Countries, our global team, and key L'Oréal Paris senior clients.

Global Operations:

Finance: You’re making sure of the good financial maintenance with the markets: local Scope of Work / Additional Scope of Work / Material requests billing etc.

 


Profil recherché :

Key skills:

Experience in an agency as an account manager (2 years minimum) and working within a network, with global clients.

Fluent in English. C1-C2

Organised, rigorous, attention to details, proactivity essential, excellent communication skills to work with countries and clients and work within our growing team.

Show passion for creative work and have a good understating of the brand strategy.
