Job Description
Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Managers of the hotels. Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Sales department, providing leadership, motivation, and inspiration to the team to achieve or exceed targets. Develops business across all segments, including MICE and Groups & Event Sales corporate and leisure consortia, from both new and existing accounts within the structure rate levels/volumes agreed upon. Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
Qualifications
Previous senior leadership experience within sales and marketing required. Cluster role experience would be an advantage. University/College degree in a related discipline required. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to achieve targeted penetration index and guest satisfaction levels. Ability to work closely with the Digital, Marketing, and Communications teas to identify opportunities and leverage networks within the media.
