Transdev recrute un International Business Development Assistant en Alternance (H/F)

Votre destination

Vous intégrez la direction Opérations du Groupe Transdev, leader mondial du transport de voyageurs. Vous assistez l'équipe de support au Business Development, chargée d'animer la communauté internationale de réponse aux appels d'offres (19 pays).

Votre feuille de route

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Contribuer à l'écriture et à la diffusion de contenus utiles au Business Development (présentations commerciales ou techniques, méthodologies, newsletters)
  • Gérer les outils de diffusion de ces contenus (SharePoint, Yammer, Teams)
  • Contribuer à l'organisation d'événements (webinaires)
  • Assurer le suivi de la vie de la communauté (accès aux outils, indicateurs PowerBI)

Votre parcours

Vous êtes actuellement en préparation d'un Bac +5 (Master 2) en école de commerce ou université et vous cherchez une alternance pour votre dernière année.

Une première expérience professionnelle réussie sur des missions similaires (Business Development, animation de communauté d'expertise, animation de séminaire interne, knowledge management) serait appréciée.

Vos atouts

Compétences :

  • Maitrise très avancée de l'Anglais et du Français à l'oral comme à l'écrit (niveau CEFR C1+ minimum)
  • Maitrise de la Suite Office 365 (Word, PPT, SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI)
  • Community management (organisation, outils)
  • Connaissances en Business Development, politiques publiques, stratégie et innovation

La connaissance du secteur de la mobilité et des procédures de passation de marchés est un plus.

Savoir-être :

  • Très bonnes aptitudes de communication orale et écrite (présentation, animation de séminaire, prise de parole en public…)
  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse pour produire des contenus efficaces (études de cas…)
  • Orientation client
  • Esprit d'équipe et de collaboration
  • Sens de l'organisation, réactivité et professionnalisme
  • Qualités relationnelles, empathie et écoute
