Pour accompagner sa croissance, Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) recherche un(e) Business Developer - Team Lead.
VOS MISSIONS
Rattaché(e) au Head of Sales et en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des équipes d’EPS, vous aurez comme principales missions :
Développement de la stratégie commerciale et identification de nouvelles opportunités de marché.
Gestion et développement d'un portefeuille de clients.
Leadership et gestion d'une équipe de business developers, incluant la formation, le coaching et le suivi des performances.
Collaboration avec les autres départements (marketing, produit, service client) pour assurer la cohérence des stratégies commerciales.
Négociation de contrats et de partenariats stratégiques.
Analyse des tendances du marché et ajustement des stratégies en conséquence.
Reporting régulier sur l'avancement des objectifs commerciaux et des performances de l'équipe.
Contribution à l'amélioration continue des processus de vente et des pratiques commerciales de l'entreprise
VOTRE PROFIL
De formation Bac+5, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en business development dans l’univers de la carte et/ou des solutions de paiements.
Vos compétences :
Gestion d'une équipe de vente
Intérêt marqué pour les solutions techniques et les API
Expérience dans l'émission de cartes, le traitement des transactions et le Banking as a Service
Curiosité intellectuelle et approche pragmatique axée sur les solutions
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives
Excellente maîtrise d'Office et de Salesforce
Compétences avérées en gestion de grands comptes et capacité à interagir avec des cadres supérieurs
Aptitude à influer sur les décisionnaires clés dans les secteurs visés
Langues : français et anglais
