The Job
Responsibilities:
- Answer urgent client calls, collect vital information, and input details into our service system.
- Efficiently dispatch technicians and oversee the follow-up process to ensure swift issue resolution.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members, providing regular updates.
- During slower periods, assist with lead generation and support email marketing initiatives.
- Build rapport with new customers, confidently closing deals and promoting our services.
The Profile
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Excellent communication skills, able to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a plus but not essential.
- Proficient with computers and familiar with software applications; must be adept with WhatsApp.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage high-pressure scenarios effectively.
