If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Digital Sales Development Representative, reporting directly to the Sales Enablement Manager to join the team based in Paris (Nanterre Prefecture).

About The Role:

The Sales development representative (SDR) is a key actor of the lead generation process of Technip Energies, creating leads for the digital business organization. SDR will use outbounds sales approach (call calling, social selling…). SDR will be part of the sales enablement team.

Responsibilities for Sales Development Representative

Maintain a self-starter attitude while contributing outreach strategies for new lead generation methods coordinated by sales enablement manager. Anticipate needs by conducting market research to identify new leads aligned with strategic campaign defined by sales enablement manager. Support digital business organization on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts. Understand Digital Business value proposition and solutions and define prospect engagement rules and scenarios per campaign. Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the business development team Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings Collaborate with business development team to animate weekly lead update meeting

About You:

Flawless English communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience (additional French and Spanish communication skill would be a must) Working knowledge of the Energy digital solutions market and the ability to learn new solutions and market business chalenges Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads Have experience managing lead creation in Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment Love working using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement Thorough understanding of commercial awareness to successfully establish rapport with prospects Bachelor’s degree in business Motivated new graduated are welcome but 3 years of successful SDR experience is a must
